What does a messy room sound like? What does space sound like? Polish sound artist Ernest Warzocha has created a device to find out how chaos differs from order in terms of sound. Musi scans its surroundings for objects and turns them into sound. “The more tidy the area around is, the less harmonic is its melody,” Warzocha explains.

Check out Ricky van Roekhoven’s work, which transforms sound into three-dimensional objects, for more inspiration here.
