Peaches Is Going On Tour In Germany...With Rammstein
Although Peaches is often associated with Berlin’s early-2000s expat electroclash scene, she’s assimilated well into German culture—so well, in fact, that seminal German metal band Rammstein has enlisted her to serve as the supporting act for an upcoming tour date at Waldbühne. It’s a fitting pair, as both are into private parts; the band has designed its own big box o’ dildos while Peaches has always prominently displayed all body parts, as you can see in her recent videos.
Peaches has also scheduled dates at Melt! Festival,RuhrTriennale and more—you can see all the dates on her website. The tour will support the recent release of a remix compilation from her last album, Rub, which features flips by the likes of hardcore techno smasher Paula Temple, Maya Jane Coles’ bass-y Nocturnal Sunshine alias and Brooklyn underground DJ Lauren Flax.
