There are a lot of dance music and club culture meme pages floating around out there. A lot of them are pretty trash (“amsterdam club memes” comes to mind). There are, however, a few that stand out from the pack. One such example is Instagram account huge.dj.party.alerts.

Unlike some of the other more local accounts we’ve seen, this one seems to have a more global approach, skewering a wide assortment of honestly pretty skewer-worthy subjects: the whiteness of Dutch festival culture, trust fund vinyl DJs, Berghain, cancelled DJs, horse tranquilizers, techno and even New York’s own disco reenactment party The Loft.
